What is OneClickdigital?
OneClickdigital by RecordedBooks is an eAudioBook app that boasts the largest collection of digital AudioBooks. They’ve partnered with top publishers to provide their users the best selection available.
OneClickdigital isn’t only an eAudioBook app, they are also an eBook app! They have a great selection of eBooks for your community to download.
How We Integrate
With a OneClickdigital Integration, you can launch your OneClickdigital app on your Apple, Android, or Kindle devices, right from Your Library App.
For those of you who don’t have a device that is listed above, you can download the OneClickdigital Media Manager to your desktop Mac or PC.
Benefits of a OneClickdigital Integration
Since OneClickdigital became a Star Partner in September 2012 and launched an “app-to-app deep linking integration”, we’ve seen a tremendous response from patrons.
OneClickdigital Integration in Action
There is no mandatory field for placing your OneClickdigital Integration: some libraries place it under an eBooks heading, others leave it on their main menu. At the Santa Clara County Library District, the OneClickdigital Integration can be found under their “eBook & eContent” menu.
Once you have the OneClickdigital Integration open, you can browse through the pages of eAudioBooks and/or eBooks, or you can perform a search for a particular item. After you find an interesting eBook or eAudioBook, simply click the title to see the detail page.
After you select the “Download” button, you will need to log-in with your OneClickdigital Account login, if you have one. If you don’t have an account with OneClickdigital, don’t worry, Your Boopsie Library App has you covered: just log in with your library account information and Your Library App will automatically create an account for you. This account will be linked to your Library account information, so there won’t be duplicated accounts. We do recommend you write down the username and password; and once you enter the information in the OneClickdigital App, you can select the “Remember Me” box so you only have to enter the log in once.
Don’t forget that you have to install the OneClickdigital App as well, otherwise you will be directed to the app store instead of the actual app.
After you’ve logged in you can see how many eAudioBooks you have checked out.
Select the title of an eAudioBook to read its summary and find out the expiration date of your hold.
If you want to return an eAudioBook from your Apple device, you can simply swipe your finger from right to left on the title. A red “Return Now” button will appear and you can select it to return the item. If you forget to return an item, you won’t have to worry about late fees; at the end of your check-out period, the eAudioBook will be automatically returned.
To listen to your eAudioBook, you can select the red “Download All” button on Apple devices or just hit the “play” button on Android devices.
Get the OneClickdigital Integration on Your Library App
To get the OneClickdigital Integration on Your Library App, just email your Account Manager and they can assist you with adding the integration. However, please note that there may be an additional cost to add the OneClickdigital Integration.
