Keeping up with the Roanoke City Libraries is easier than ever! Simply download the Find It Virginia App, select Roanoke City Libraries from the list or search for Roanoke City.

Inside the app you can check out the Roanoke City Library’s events feed or Facebook page with just a tap. You can easily perform a search of the library’s SirsiDynix iBistro catalog and request an item from the holdings. If you’re on the go and find a book you want to read, you can easily determine if your library has a copy by using BookLook; simply use your phone’s camera to take a picture of the book’s bar code and the app will perform a book search. Looking for homework help? Check out the Literati tab. For young children, there are links to TumbleBooks and DayByDayVA, where you can find age and reading level appropriate books or fun things to do with them.
