Keeping up with the Essex County Public Library is easier than ever! Simply download the Find It Virginia app and either search for Essex or select the library from the list.

Once inside, you can manage your library account or perform a book search of their Follet catalog. Did you find a new book you want to read while you’re out and about? You can easily find out if your library has a copy by using the BookLook feature to scan the book’s bar code; from their you can quickly place the item on hold. Want to know what fun things your library has planned? Select the Events tab for a calendar feed or select Facebook for more information. Need homework or research help? Essex County’s Boopsie app gives you quick access to Essex’s Literati account and Gale Cengage database.
