A relationship management virtuoso and Silicon Valley native, Megan is an expert in helping libraries achieve their mobile technology goals.
At Boopsie, she manages business development efforts and sales in public, academic, law and corporate libraries. In addition, she leads the academic, law and corporate teams by managing current customers in these industries, heading marketing efforts, and working with partners to grow Boopsie’s platform.
She firmly believes in Boopsie’s ability to deliver a high-quality, seamless, with-the-times platform, which allows libraries to meet users’ expectations for access to information.
Megan has worked at various law firms and held editorial positions at one of the top IP legal publications in the country and at Thomson Reuters. She also has many years of customer service and marketing experience.
Megan has a JD from Santa Clara University and a BA from UC Santa Cruz.
She served as a tutor for Partners in Reading, an adult literacy program organized by the San Jose Public Library System, and has organized community events with Career Closet and Project Linus. She was previously appointed as a Community Service Chair for Women & Law, and is committed to mentoring young professionals.

Nicholas Wehr, a serial entrepreneur, brings his technical expertise in digital media, DRM, and I.T. security to the Boopsie family. As lead architect and engineer of Hollywood’s most secure content delivery platform, PRIMA Cinema, NIcholas knows how to apply best practice technology to deliver against business needs.
Nicholas thrives in startup environments, and enjoys shaking up stale markets with new disruptive technologies. At DivX, Inc. Nicholas was responsible for managing and implementing internal technologies and developing new business flows to optimize and support the revenue generating departments.
In 2005 Nicholas’ first startup, Tenothree, LLC., offered a ground-breaking mobile product line to the centuries old industry of horse racing.

Katie is responsible for creating and managing information valuable to libraries, librarians and their communities of users. She worked at the Graduate and Undergraduate Libraries at the University of Michigan while she was in college, which is where her love of libraries expanded. Katie received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan and was a member of the Residential College on Campus.

Ray serves as the primary contact for public libraries interested in exploring new methods of reaching and serving their communities in innovative ways. With strong roots in the tech industry and sound business acumen, he helps refine internal processes and outreach efforts for a better customer experience.
Ray has worked with Software as a Service (SaaS) companies and was an analyst for the US Army, where he was recognized for his analytical expertise and sound leadership qualities. Ray received his bachelor’s degree from American Public University System and is currently completing his MBA in Marketing at San Francisco State University and is more than happy to talk with you about different marketing methodologies and ROI.

An accomplished business development and online marketing leader with over a decade of experience managing P&Ls, developing large partnerships, and building high performing sales and services teams at SaaS and Internet companies. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Business Development and General Manager at Reply.com, a $70m Internet marketing company. Prior to Reply.com, Medrano was Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Field Operations at SmartDrive Systems, a Silicon Valley venture funded SaaS company.
An entrepreneur, Medrano also started, DoDots, the first desktop-to-mobile app platform out of his Stanford University dorm, where as President he built it to 100+ employees, raised $25M in venture capital and managed company operations and business development. Medrano received his MBA and JD from Stanford and his BA from Harvard University. Medrano also brings experience in the education market to Boopsie. He has a Master’s degree in Education Administration from Teachers’ College at Columbia University, taught a class at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business for 5 years and is a certified public school teacher in Massachusetts and New York. He also served as an Engineering & Operations Officer in the U.S. Navy aboard a guided missile destroyer.
