What’s Inside?
Sessions
In the Sessions tab, you can browse through the entire listing of all sessions that will be hosted at ALA Midwinter.

Either browse page-by-page or use Boopsie’s Smart Prefix™ search to quickly find an event that you’re looking for. For instance, typing “ka qu” into the search bar returns results for the “Meet the Authors: Kate Quinn (Penguin Group)” event. After you select the event, you are shown additional information regarding the session; see the location, what type of event it is and you can also add it to your plan.

Sessions … Starting Within 1 Hr
This sessions tab, obviously, shows you the upcoming events for the next hour. If you have some downtime between sessions, this is a good channel to visit to find a next event.

My Sessions Plan
A quick access tab that holds all your saved sessions.

Exhibitors
Like the Sessions tab, this tab is entirely devoted to who will be exhibiting at ALA Midwinter. Browse through an alphabetical listing of all the exhibitors, or use the Smart Prefix search technology to quickly find the exhibitor you want.

After you select an exhibitor’s name (in this case, Boopsie for Libraries) from the menu, you are shown their booth number, a brief description of the exhibitor, a link to their website and address (when available), and the option to add them to your Exhibitors Plan.

My Exhibitors Plan
Use the My Exhibitors Plan to keep track of which exhibitors you want to visit.

Social Networking
Here at Boopsie, we know how important it can be to keep up with the various Social Network sites while at ALA Midwinter. So we included a hashtag search (#alamw14) for all things ALA Midwinter through Twitter as well as a one-tap link to the ALA Midwinter Facebook Event Page. This way you keep up with all the events, including last minute schedule changes.

Weather in Philly
Click on the Weather tab to keep up with the outdoors temperature.
