We’re seeking an energetic developer to add to our 3 person engineering team. This candidate must have a deep understanding of the needs of product development and SaaS. The candidate must be a hands-on coder with a great work ethic.

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent work experience
  • 5-7 years of experience developing in a SaaS environment
  • Hands on experience with Perl and Ruby on Rails
  • Specific experience deploying, securing and scaling databases

  • Strong knowledge of vendor and cost analysis

Sales Director

Anywhere in US, Work from Home, Full-time or Part-Time

For the right candidate, this position can be remote (work from home anywhere in the US) and can be either full-time or part-time.

We are a fun, small, profitable mobile apps company (ebooks) in Silicon Valley looking to expand our Sales team immediately. The primary responsibility of the Sales Director will be to prospect for and close new customers in the following verticals: Public Libraries, University Libraries, Corporate Libraries (BioPharma, MedTech, Law Firms), Government Research Organizations, Special Libraries and Museums.

You would need to have experience and contacts to buyers in some, but not all, of the verticals above.
This is the perfect work from home, job for the aggressive “hunter” who is driven by high commissions and understands libraries, ebooks, and/or mobile applications.

The primary responsibility of our Customer Service Manager will be to manage hundreds of customers through our mobile application build, launch and troubleshooting processes. Our Customer Service Manager will be focused on executing efficient and scalable mobile app launch processes, responding to inbound customer requests, and being pro-active by helping our B2B customers achieve optimal solutions. We have happy customers with a 90%+ retention rate and value our customers by providing quick and thorough technical assistance.
